About SCGA Member Outings
SCGA Member Outings offer members of all skill levels access and opportunities to experience golf in a non-competitive setting at premiere destinations throughout Southern California and abroad. Sign up with friends or join as a single and we’ll handle the rest! Open to all participants with a valid SCGA Membership. A Golf Genius user profile is required during registration. Set one up here if this is your first outing with us.
Bandon Dunes Golf Resort
Join us at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort for a truly remarkable golf experience along the Oregon Coast. This trip covers five days, four nights, four rounds of golf, closet-to-the-hole contests, and two hosted functions inclusive of service charges, resort fees, and taxes. Bandon Dunes is a walking only golf resort. Caddie services may be arranged in advance at your own expense.
Registration Opens: Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at 8 a.m.
Registration Closes: Sunday, December 13, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. or until sold out

Additional rounds may be arranged at your own expense after registration closes (standard rates apply). Resort guests have unlimited use of the practice facilities. Expected pace of play is approximately four hours.
MEALS
A welcome reception with drinks and light appetizers will be held on the evening of arrival. On the final evening, participants will enjoy a farewell reception featuring an elevated buffet dinner and hosted beverages for the first two hours beginning at 7:00 p.m. Contest awards will be presented during the reception. Breakfast and lunch are at participants' own expense.

- Golf King Room (1 king bed, 1 bath)
Ideal for solo golfers wanting their own space. One golfer per room is the maximum.
Single Occupancy Cost = $3,000
- Round Lake King Room (1 king bed, 1 bath)
Ideal for solo golfers wanting their own space. One golfer per room is the maximum.
Single Occupancy Cost = $3,390
- Chrome Lake Double Room (2 king beds, 1 bath)
Ideal for two golfers who want to share a room. Two golfers per room is the maximum.
Double Occupancy Cost Per Person = $2,580
- Chrome Lake Loft (2 bedrooms with king beds, 2 baths)
Ideal for two golfers who want their own rooms. Two golfers per loft is the maximum.
Double Occupancy Cost Per Person = $3,110
Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis; however, all entries will initially be placed in pending status while availability is reviewed. Submitting a registration does not guarantee a spot in the field. Our team will confirm registrations based on available space and accommodations. Please should allow at least 24 hours to receive confirmation. Your credit card will not be charged until your registration is confirmed.
TRAVEL INFORMATION
Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the resort. For airport and ground transportation information, click here. While on property, courtesy shuttle service is available 24 hours a day.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Because we commit to resorts and vendors well in advance, our policy helps us manage these obligations fairly and consistently. To cancel or modify your registration for any reason prior to the start of an SCGA Member Outing, participants must notify the SCGA at champs@scga.org or by calling (818) 980-3630.
- Cancellation Deadline: February 1, 2027
- Cancellations on or after the deadline are non-refundable unless the vacated spot(s) can be filled from the waitlist.
- All cancellations, including those made before the deadline, are subject to a 10% processing fee, regardless of whether the spot(s) are resold.
- Substitutions: If you wish to transfer your spot to another player, substitutions are allowed at no additional fee, provided the replacement meets all eligibility requirements. Please notify the SCGA in advance to confirm the change.
